Why is my Hotkey not working? Several things can cause this problem:

·                 The hotkey is already used by another shortcut: your only solution is to try and find out what shortcut is using it and delete/modify it. You can also try to use another key combination for YOUR shortcut

·                 The hotkey was used by another shortcut that has been deleted: Reboot your PC, the new shortcut will be used by the system

Why are some options of my printer not saved by fhPrintScreen?

fhPrintScreen saves only the following parameters: Paper Type/size, Orientation, Number of pages printed, paper alimentation, resolution, Color/Grayscale, and only when it's possible. Some printer drivers don't support these parameters, and some manage them in a non standard way, making it impossible for an external application to retrieve the current values and set them. A known example of this problem is the Color/Grayscale printing not being managed in a standard way by the Canon BJ printer driver 1.50.

What is the QuickLaunch toolbar?

The QuickLaunch toolbar is one of the many toolbars that Windows can display in the taskbar. It allows to start a program with just one click. See below for images of the QuickLaunch toolbar under windows XP normal and classic modes:

How can I make the QuickLaunch bar visible on my computer?

Under Windows XP (the method can be slightly different depending of your operating system), right click on the Windows Taskbar and choose Toolbar, then QuickLaunch. You can also right click on the Windows Taskbar, choose properties, and in the window that opens, check the "Show Quick Launch" checkbox (see image below) then click on the OK button.

I setup fhPrintScreen to print in a folder on another machine, but nothing happens... Why?

Of course, in order to save images in another machine directory, you need to have writing rights. If the image doesn't appear in the directory when you print the screen, ask you system administrator to give you writing rights there.
